The Collaborative

If you’ve been in this field for more than five minutes, you already know the problem. Private practice is isolating, under-resourced, and burns you out before you hit your stride. Group practices take too much and give too little. The insurance system is a full-time job nobody signed up for. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, you’re supposed to show up fully present for the people who need you most. We got tired of that being the only option.

The Unleashed Counseling® Collaborative is a new model for practice designed as an antidote to burnout. Independently owned practices, built on shared values, supported by infrastructure resources that actually work. Clinicians who own their practice, set their schedule, choose their clients, and never have to figure it out alone. We are selective. We are deliberate. And we are the future of mental health.
