  • Senior Clinical Supervisor:

    The Senior Clinical Supervisor will have a dual role, equally divided between providing clinical supervision to our team of licensed and pre-licensed therapists and maintaining their own caseload of clients. This 50/50 balance allows you to support the professional growth of our clinicians while continuing to engage in direct client care. This role is ideal for someone who excels in leadership, values clinical excellence, and enjoys working directly with clients. This is primarily an in-person setting, as animal-assisted and nature-based therapy are not appropriate for virtual work.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Clinical Supervision (50% of Role):

      • Provide supervision and guidance to team of 6 to 8 licensed and pre-licensed clinicians
      • Conduct regular one-on-one and group supervision meetings
      • Ensure the clinical team is delivering high-quality, client-centered care in line with best practices and ethical standards
      • Lead case consultations and ongoing clinical training to promote professional development
      • Assist in the onboarding, training, and continued education of clinical staff
      • Collaborate with the leadership team on clinical program development, policies, and client care strategies

      Direct Client Care (50% of Role):

      • Maintain a personal caseload of 20 weekly clients, providing direct service in line with the practice’s specialties and values
      • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, or family settings
      • Manage clinical documentation, treatment planning, and client progress notes
      • Ensure high-quality service delivery that meets ethical and legal standards
      • Collaborate with clients’ care teams and refer to community resources as needed

      Qualifications:

      • Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
      • Active Pennsylvania licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) required
      • Demonstrated ability to provide effective clinical supervision and manage complex cases
      • Experience working with LGBTQ populations and a commitment to inclusive, affirming care
      • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance supervisory responsibilities with a personal caseload

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with animal-assisted therapy, art therapy, or other non-traditional modalities
      • Familiarity with working within insurance-based practices
      • Previous experience in program development or clinical leadership roles

      Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Unleashed Counseling is looking for a fee-for-service mental health professional to provide counseling in multiple areas (individual, couples, family, and child/adolescent). We are looking for a clinician licensed to practice in PA [LCSW, LPC, LP, or LMFT] who can provide therapeutic services in specialized areas including anxiety, depression, addiction and eating disorders. Clinicians must be competent in multicultural counseling and LGBTQ-affirming care. Experience in animal-assisted therapy is desired, but not necessary. We will offer training opportunities for counselors who wish to obtain a therapy animal.

      Responsibilities and Duties:

          • Conducts initial assessments and diagnoses.
          • Develops a plan of treatment that is recovery-oriented and tailored to the specific needs of the client.
          • Conduct individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy using generally accepted techniques employed in a manner consistent with ethical standards of practice.
          • Maintains license as current at all times. Maintenance of a current license shall qualify as having met minimum annual training requirements.
          • Attends clinical supervision and/or team meetings as applicable and required.
          • Cooperates and collaborates with other members of the team in a manner which promotes the growth and healthy development of clients served and the practice as a whole.
          • Maintains clinical records according to company standards and requirements for each client assigned.
          • Appropriately plans for and coordinates continuity of care of clients.

    While the advisory board is a volunteer position, we’re open to discussions involving an exchange of services or equity in the business.
